Shipping
Orders are shipped through UPS using Ground Service Delivery. If you are interested in speeding up the shipping process, then please feel free to request Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air shipping for an additional fee.
Shipping costs vary depending on the weight of your order and location. Once CU*SWAG has received your order request, then a total price including shipping costs will be sent to you. Once your order has been fulfilled, then you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Custom and additional fees may apply for international shipments.
Returns
If you are not 100% in love with your uncustomized SWAG, then feel free to return your order. We want you to be happy wearing and giving away your new SWAG, so let us know if there are any problems and we will do our best to fix it.
For customized SWAG, we will accept returns on a case-by-case basis. We work hard to make sure your SWAG is exactly how you envisioned it, so give us shout to discuss any orders that do not meet your expectations.
